To fulfill FENC’s commitment to reducing 30% GHG emissions by 2025, the Corporate Management coordinated the planning and execution of carbon reduction initiatives at the Taipei Headquarters (Taipei Metro Tower and Mega Tower) with increasing renewable electricity consumption as the core strategy. The Taipei Headquarters has been integrating renewable electricity since 2023 and gradually decreasing operational carbon emissions through the procurement and utilization of renewable electricity and renewable electricity certificates.

In 2025, FENC purchased a total of 858 MWh of renewable electricity, which averted approximately 407 tCO₂e of carbon emissions. With 2023 as the base year, the Taipei Headquarters cut GHG emissions by 34% in 2025.
