Building a Network of Low-emission Energy in Vietnam with Solar Power Stations

The knitting and dyeing plant of FEPV is aligning with the energy and carbon reduction requirements from its brand customers, including adidas, PUMA and Lululemon, and aiming to boost the consumption of renewable energy to over 40% of its energy mix by 2030. The plant has installed a large-scale solar power system with a total capacity of 10,000 kW. The project was launched in November 2025 and completed in the first quarter of 2026. Operation has begun, and once fully in commission, the system is projected to generate approximately 14,780 MWh of renewable electricity annually and reduce carbon emissions by 9,997 tCO2e per year. This advancement is anticipated to elevate the renewable energy utilization rate at the plant from 23% in 2025 to 27%.
