Implement staff training to increase risk awareness.
To ensure corporate sustainability, minimize damages and advance business interests, FENC offers regulatory compliance training targeting the human rights policy, ethical management, anti-corruption and risk management, and a total of 19,518 employees completed the training and exam in 2025. As to the training regarding occupational safety and health risks, details are provided in Reinforcing Operational and Occupational Safety.
In addition, to enhance global trend awareness and risk management capabilities of the Company's Directors, Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, and Chief Corporate Governance Officer, annual training courses are arranged.
